Playville is hands down our favorite indoor play center, even if it’s a bit pricey. It’s packed with activities like play structures, trampolines, and a giant ball pit – everything to keep little ones entertained for hours.
What makes Playville stand out is the attention to detail. The play areas are all about sparking creativity and getting kids moving, plus it’s super safe and loads of fun. It’s also a great place for kids to explore and make new friends.
And for us parents? The cafe is a lifesaver. It’s a comfy spot to relax, enjoy a coffee, and catch up while still keeping an eye on the action. Perfect for everyone!

HarborLand is a massive indoor playground in Bangkok, located in Gateway Ekamai mall. One of the best features has to be the giant slides – they’re exciting and give kids the ultimate thrill while letting them burn off all that extra energy. The staff here are super attentive, keeping a close eye on everything, so us parents can relax knowing our little adventurers are safe.
What makes HarborLand even better is how inclusive it is. There’s a dedicated area for younger kids, filled with age-appropriate activities and play structures. This thoughtful setup ensures that every child, no matter their age, can have a great time and enjoy the space.

The performance area is perfect if you’re feeling adventurous and want to try out some cool tricks. It’s also a fantastic spot for group outings or birthday parties, with plenty of space for everyone to jump, play, and have a blast!

A little heads-up: it’s not the cleanest spot you’ll ever visit, but if you go with the right expectations, you’ll have an absolute blast!

And the cherry on top? The croissants at the cafe are absolutely delicious – a perfect treat after exploring the galleries!

The Mahanakhon Sky Walk is a must-see in Bangkok! Perched on the 78th floor of the King Power Mahanakhon, it offers jaw-dropping panoramic views of the city. The star of the show? A glass floor you can walk on (yes, with socks) that gives you a thrilling view of the streets below. Honestly, it was one of the most exciting experiences of my life – and I’ve even done a bungee jump! Our oldest daughter, who was six at the time, thought it was incredible too.
Getting there is an adventure itself, thanks to one of Southeast Asia’s fastest elevators. At the top, you’ll be treated to 360-degree views of iconic landmarks like the Chao Phraya River and the Grand Palace. Time your visit for sunset – the city lighting up is pure magic.
And for the grown-ups, there’s a rooftop bar where you can sip a cocktail and calm your nerves after the glass floor!

I recommend this experience for either very small kids that you can carry or those 5 years and up.
Here are a few of the most famous floating markets in and around Bangkok:
- Damnoen Saduak Floating Market: This is the most famous and popular floating market, located about 100 kilometers southwest of Bangkok. It attracts many tourists with its bustling atmosphere, colorful boats, and wide variety of goods, including fresh fruits, vegetables, and traditional Thai snacks.
